Got a good night's sleep, mostly from shear exhaustion. After breakfast/lunch Joe, Vanessa, Mother, me, and the boys went to Castelo de Vide to go to the bank to get some money. The exchange rate is turning out to be around $1.25 US for 1 Euro. Found a park with a nice playground for the kids to blow off some energy.

Later, after dinner, Maria, Vanessa, Joe, me, and the boys went up to Marvao to check out the castle. Beautiful view from up there, can see the whole valley below including Sao Salvador and the golf course.

Other than that, we laid pretty low for the day, just trying to get adjusted and caught up after the long trip over.
